Breakfast at Phi Hotels

Our breakfast buffet offers a varied and tasty assortment of fresh products prepared every morning: high-quality baked goods, cold cuts and cheeses, eggs, fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables, yogurt, cereals, jams, and preserves, highlighting some typical local products such as the cheeses, Tometta of cow, Robiola from Roccaverano, Toma of goat, PGI Cocoa and Hazelnuts from Piedmont and traditional recipes, all accompanied by coffee and a wide selection of hot and cold beverages. Plant-based and "free-from" products are available for those with intolerances or specific dietary needs.

The jams at our buffet are special because they are purchased from the Cottolengo Monastery, which produces them for Phi Hotels. The initiative called "Il buono che fa bene" (The good that does good) reflects our attention to guests' well-being, as the jams contain only seasonal fruit, picked at the peak of ripeness, untreated, and with a low-calorie content, and it meets the goal of benefiting the community, as Phi Hotels' purchases help support the Cottolengo Monastery.

To offer a sustainable breakfast service, we pay particular attention to avoiding packaging, reducing waste, and using using zero-kilometre (km 0) local products, with the aim of increasingly incorporating local flavors into a broader sustainable tourism project.

Service is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. For guests needing to depart early, an Early Breakfast service is available.
